When you visit this site, technical request data such as your IP address, date and time, requested URL, browser information and referrer is processed to deliver the site and keep it secure. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a working, secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). These logs are kept for about 3 days.
This site uses no analytics, advertising or cookies. Fonts are served from this site, not from a third party.
Contacting us by email
If you email us, we process what you send in order to reply. For inquiries about working together the legal basis is steps before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), otherwise our legitimate interest in answering you (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We keep business correspondence for 7 years, as required by § 132 BAO and § 212 UGB, and delete other emails once they are no longer needed.
Service providers
Cloudflare, Inc. hosts and protects this site. Google Ireland Limited provides our email through Google Workspace. Both process data on our behalf under data processing agreements.
Transfers outside the EU
Cloudflare and Google may process data in the United States. Both are certified under the EU US Data Privacy Framework, which the European Commission recognises as providing adequate protection (Art. 45 GDPR). EU Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46 GDPR) apply as an additional safeguard.

Right to object
Where we process your data based on legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), you can object at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation (Art. 21 GDPR). Email hello@copony.io and we will stop unless we have compelling legitimate grounds.
No obligation, no automated decisions
You are not required to provide any personal data. Without the technical request data the site cannot be delivered, and without your email we cannot reply. We make no automated decisions or profiles about you (Art. 22 GDPR).
Complaints
You may complain to the Austrian Data Protection Authority: Österreichische Datenschutzbehörde, Barichgasse 40-42, 1030 Vienna, dsb@dsb.gv.at, dsb.gv.at.
